"Kaitlyn is great to work with. After having a main ceremony a year prior in Edmonton my husband and I wanted to get some photo in the mountains with our wedding attire. Kaitlyn made the experience seamless - she provided recommendations to me for hair/makeup artist as well as a florist. Providing recommendations saved me the headache of having to vet vendors myself.My husband and I are definitely camera shy and awkward. Kaitlyn is hilarious and genuinely was able to make us comfortable and made us laugh (which made for some great photos). My experience with her made me wish that I had just eloped in the first place and ditched the high cost larger wedding.I would highly recommend Kaitlyn for your photography needs.”

We eloped in Kananaskis after we postponed our big 2020 celebrations. We still wanted to elope and Kaitlyn helped us out so much! We decided on Kananaskis because we wanted to avoid some crowds and Kaitlyn sent me a bunch of location suggestions for our portraits and ceremony. She was even mindful for the ceremony site that my dad was recovering from a cracked hip and he couldn't walk too long or walk on uneven surfaces.

She sent checklists and guide books to help keep me organized and she also gave me information on how to elope in Alberta legally and she even looked into how my brother could marry us!! I also had no time to pick up florals but she picked them up for me and brought them out. She really went above and beyond with the planning help, she even gave suggestions on which dress to pick because I couldn't decide which one to wear.

Day of the wedding I wanted to sleep in a bit so I gave her a key to come into the hotel suite to start taking pictures while we were getting up. She started coffee for us too which was wonderful to wake up to!!

We took Kaitlyn's advice and scheduled 2 hours for our couple portraits. We're really glad we did this because it was really fun and gave us some alone time without our families around. It also created a very relaxed hike and we didn't feel rushed through portraits. It had started to cloud over and get snowy and we thought we would have to go back early but she assured us the pictures would be beautiful with the overcast sky and they were mind-blowing! So it was nice to have that reassurance and such unique photos.

We had such a great time and I'm really glad Kaitlyn was there to help us create such an amazing elopement day and capture it for us, we have so many great pictures to look back on and retell our story. Thank you much Kaitlyn!!!!
