Maas’ A Court of Thorns and Roses, I knew it needed to be more than just a photoshoot—it had to be an experience of enchantment, power, and intimate beauty. And Shawntel, the incredible woman I had the honor of working with, brought this vision to life in ways I could have only dreamed.
From the moment Shawntel stepped into the studio, there was an undeniable energy, a sense of strength and vulnerability that perfectly echoed Feyre’s character—resilient, fiercely independent, yet still profoundly connected to her own heart. Dark blue velvet drapery cascaded around the room, setting the mood with its rich depth, while florals in soft, muted tones bloomed across the space. Canvases and a Persian rug grounded the ethereal atmosphere, and the mist swirling through the air added an otherworldly, dreamlike quality. It was a space where the line between reality and fantasy blurred, echoing Feyre's world of love, strength, and vulnerability.
