Hey, I’m Kaitlyn!

You already know that I’m obsessed with all things love and nature.

The other big thing that you should know about me is that I don’t believe in pressure or rushing, which is why I make sure that everything is planned out as much as possible in advance of your elopement day…

So that you get to spend your day being present for the moments - big and small - instead of worrying about this and that.

It’s a day that I want you to remember for the rest of your lives, and not just through gorgeous photos. Being present to fully experience and take in your day allows you to form the memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

So whether you want to take and adventurous hike 10km up to the Giant Steps in Banff National Park, change into your attire at the top, say your vows with the mountains as your backdrop, and celebrate as the sound of waterfalls and champagne corks fill the air…
Or you want to wake up before the sun, take an easy hike up to the Ink Pots, get married as the sunrise fills the sky over Mystic Peak, and have a relaxing breakfast picnic celebration, sipping coffee while the world slowly comes to life…
Or you’d rather drive up to Moraine Lake in the late afternoon, wander along the shoreline trail, say your vows over the iconic rock pile that overlooks Moraine Lake and the Ten Peaks, and sip on wine as you watch the sun sink down behind the hills…

I’ll also deliver a gallery of sneak peek photos within 3-5 days of your elopement so you can share your big day with your family and friends. There will be at least one photo from each big moment throughout the day so your loved ones can really feel like they were right there with you - no tripod + iPhone set up necessary.

The photos are also formatted as a slideshow and set to music so that you can re-live the day, too.

I can’t wait to start planning!!

To get this process started, I’ll get you to fill out my intake form and tell me a little bit about you two, your love story, and your vision for your day.
Then (after I do my happy dance at my desk) I’ll send over a calendar link so that we can get on an initial call. This call kicks things off and gets us started on the right foot - we get to know each other, discuss your wedding day vision, and even start in on some planning!
Once you two officially decide that you’d like to have me join you on this adventure, I’ll send over your contract and initial invoice.

Then the real fun starts!

I’ll send over my private Elopement Guide packed full of day-of activity suggestions, vendor recommendations, elopement tips and tricks, lodging recommendations, transportation information, and more! This will get the wheels turning in your head and allow you to see all the possibilities for your day and your stay in Scotland or Alberta.
Once you’ve had a chance to go through that guide and see all of the options available to you, it’s time to start putting your dream together! Throughout this process, we’ll touch base through email a dozen times (give or take) so that I can help guide you through your vendor selection, location specifics, outfit selection, etc, etc (etc…). I promise this process is fun and not overwhelming!
At some point between our initial call and your wedding day, we’ll have another official Zoom planning session to really iron out the finer details - including the actual timeline of your day, which I deliver to you inside your personalized Elopement Logistics Guide.
Then we’ll meet up in an amazing spot in Scotland or Alberta and have the best day ever.

You’ll eat, drink, laugh, and somewhere along the way you two will say “I do” as I stand back and capture every single moment.

Can we have guests join us?

Absolutely! Due to park restrictions, vendor logistics, and in order to keep this experience as intimate as possible, I am happy to accommodate and help plan an elopement for up to 5 guests.

Pssst… my travel is included!

Within these boundaries of Scotland or Alberta, my fee includes all travel. No need to worry about adding anything extra to your package.

If you’re enquiring about a location outside of these boundaries, travel will be added on a case-by-case basis. Please indicate your ideal location on your intake form.
